Default My favorite food from my favorite food truck

In case you haven't heard there's a food truck throwdown that ends tomorrow.
https://www.bbq-brethren.com/forum/s...d.php?t=293987

This is the simple offerings that any great food truck should have.

Starting with their Roasted Hatch and bacon double smash slider on toasted Brioche.

They roast their own Hatch Peppers right in the truck.

Toast up the fresh Brioche rolls.

Perfectly.

And of course BACON!

And I always order a side of crispy onion rings.

They turn out fantastic cooked in the bacon fat.

And the 2 ounce smash burgers topped with pepper jack cheese are just right on the slider rolls.

When I hear em shout "order up" I know it's time to eat

They also sell some great wings and rings with a special homebrew roasted Hatch wing sauce that is out of this world.

And that's it for now. I eat this guy's cooking all the time. Outstanding.

Thanks for checking it out.

I would definitely follow that truck around, or just show up at your house the next time this same assortment is on the menu. I would thoroughly enjoy everything you have there!! Great job!
