Default Soup weather vastly approaching

When the temperature drops twenty degrees in Vegas, it feels like soup weather and the perfect time to fire up the 270 Smoker for smoke-roasted late summer vegetables!

Smoke-roasted pepper and tomato soup with gouda cheese. I have to say, it really hits the yummy spot😋

I hear you we are 20 degrees cooler than earlier in the week as well, so I took some left over pork butt and am making a big pot pazole verde. Your smoke-roasted pepper and tomato soup looks delicious.

LOL! No doubt. I was in Toronto around this time last year for some TV stuff. On the Day of filming it was 40 degrees. The next day, close to 80! Ha ha Go figure. We love it up there though.
