Thought I would recreate a couple of my favorite foods from my days as a UT student 25 years ago...Texadelphia cheese steaks complete with mustard blend and spinach queso from El Arroyo. It was so easy I don't know why I waited so damn long to do this. Cheese steaks were simple - grilled onions and shaved ribeye on the BS with white American cheese on a Turano roll. For a true Texadelphia cheese steak, mustard blend is a must. Hook 'em!!!
