Default D-Ham-it!

Spiral cut ham, seasoned with Q-Salt and Harvest Brine (yes it’s a Seasoning too!).

Into the Humphrey’s at 250

Looking good...

What’s in the pan?

Just some sweet taters and cauliflower with garlic and rosemary

Packers are finally winning a game and the beer is cold.

All is well

Oh yeah! I'd hit that. My son and I are the only true ham fans. We could eat it all the time. I'm stealing the sweet tater and cauliflower idea.

Looking good!

Bob

Well that was just amazing pork!

The cauliflower that sucked up all the pork drippings were ridiculous as well.

Birthday swag

John, dry vs. wet brining. Which do you think imparts more flavor???

Happy Birthday, btw!!

Looks amazing!!!!! Never did really care for ham until I tried smoking one. Low n slow with a killer glaze makes for some mighty fine eating! Nicely done :)

Fantastic!

Thanks, I have been curious about using the Harvest Brine as a seasoning.

Now I know, always learn something from your posts!

John - I noticed a decent amount of liquid in the pan while seasoning. What's that from?
