Sunrise Smoke

Seasoning is Adkins Western ala Smitty Jones. Adkins will also be used on chicken thighs later on today. Coals are Weber bricks topped with a hickory split, post oak chunks and a few mesquite chips. Aiming for 275*+-
 
That looks like a great breakfast, much better than a breakfast burrito at Sonic :-o


Hope ya don't mind if intrude on your thread to post my sunrise smoke from last Sunday, I'd just put a Creekstone brisket on the Brazos. And don't look at the stack extension , that's just an experiment
