I always make my own dough but I had never tried the Trader Joe's dough. I gave it a go Thursday night since I had a half of a 5lb mozzarella block and other goodies in the fridge that would eventually go bad

First pie was a triple meat what I call a hamburger helper pie with salami, homemade bacon and homemade ground beef

Next day, Friday I picked up this gorgeous 9lb hunk of choice rib roast. It was too beautiful to pass up so I brought it home and separated into two

Of course even the individual portion was way too much so I made identical plates for myself and the neighbor and the wife. I've got retired couple living next door both at the house and the cabin and they love me:laugh:

Thank for looking! Cooking the two bone for my parents on Sunday! :clap2::clap2::clap2: Stay tuned!

Wow, you've had a great few days and some ridiculous food.

I, too, am impressed with that Trader Joe's dough... curious if they've got a GF version that CINCHOUSE would like.

Thanks Marc!

From what I know and saw they only have one version. I believe Whole Foods may have a GF version if I'm not mistaken. Def worth cheating with this dough from TJ though.

That's some good stuff there Sako.

Oh, Lawdy, Sako! :-D

Top notch notch chef work and cooking, as is your standard.

Curious question: Do you ever do run of the mill simple cooks? :p

You have the touch, Sako, and never fail to inspire me. :thumb:

DOOOOOOOOD!!!

Both cooks look awesome!

Nice pies I like the TJ dough for a quicky, Rib roast on point also. Nice cooking brother!

Always impressive, no matter what you're cooking Sako. And lucky neighbors.
