Excellent! love Mac N Cheese, or pasta of any kind. Too bad there are no low carb alternatives, worth eating.

There is nothing low carb about it. There are 32g of carbs for 2oz serving. 24 g of net carbs. I tried it before I started low carb, and it is not for me. I have also tried the lentil pastas. I would rather just use cauliflower. It isn't pasta, but at least it tastes good.

I have tried it twice. I thought maybe I had did something wrong, the first time. Went in the trash both times.
