Salamanca’s Rockin’ Rib Fest Competition!
Do you think you’ve got what it takes to boast the title of the best Barbeque Chef around!? We want to see what you’ve got!
This year, the Seneca Salamanca Chamber of Commerce has teamed up with the world renowned Kansas City Barbeque Society (KCBS) to hold a Jammin’ Barbeque Competition on August 13th, 2016 at this year’s Rockin’ Rib Fest!
We encourage you to come compete with some of the best teams of Barbequers and Grillers around for a chance to win the Grand Champion prize of $1000.00 or the Reserve Champion prize of $750.00, along with major bragging rights, of course! The competition is in conjunction with all of the exciting events happening at Rockin’ Rib Fest including craft vendors, great food, live music all day, and a new location adjacent to the Seneca Allegany Casino!
You do not have to be a KCBS member to participate. All Barbeque Chefs are welcome, so come show us what you’ve got this year at Salamanca’s Rockin’ Rib Fest from August 12th – 14th! #BBQ #kcbs #RockinRibFest2016
