Saw some “pinwheel” steaks at the store stuffed with green and red peppers onions and cheese ....a healthy combination. 350 on the Joe Classic. We’ll see.

Yum! Those used to be a thing around here in the meat cases, haven't seen them is some time I always enjoyed them on a kettle grill.

Not too bad! Nice way to use a lesser cut of beef. Only problem was the center on one cut was thick so when it was a nice medium the outer ring was more medium well. Good nonetheless.
