Default First cook on the pit boss

Here is my first cook on the pit boss. It was nothing fancy just a boneless breast and some chicken wings.

Happy birthday! Looks Good! I bet it was delicious.

I don’t know why but I always seem to break in a new smoker with chicken, and a new grill with a porterhouse.
