Dinner: Smoked Meatloaf
2/1 ratio is how I roll.
2lbs of ground beef and 1lb of ground pork.
Formed into a loaf.
No binders, no egg, no breadcrumbs, just meat and cheese with diced onions and copious amounts of Q-Salt
Smoked with briquettes & cherry wood directly on grate (no pans).

Served with steamed broccoli submerged in house made cheese sauce
