I know I don't have to teach you how to cook.Obviously you know how...

But try this some time...
Fire roast your peppers. Fill em as you see fit and then to make em stand up, put them in a bed of corn bread stuffing. Smoke or grill to finish...If you don't love it I'll refund your money. Well at least the money that you paid me...........

Jokes aside, your food looks delicious Adam. I am part of the beans not chili crowd, but sometimes i make bean soup and chili. Funny story, Yesterday my wife by mistake thawed out both my frozen bean soup, and my chili. Long story short, i mixed them together, and now i don't know what to label it.

With beans or without. Like it either way. Never understood the no beans debate. Every day I look forward to seeing what brethren Adams is cooking because I always leave his post saying, "I wish I had some of that." I know 95%+ is MSU, but it always looks good.

But please post more of your Mother's recipes from time to time. Reminds me of home.

Beans & Rice go together perfectly. Beans in chili will get your sausage balls busted. man-o-man put those beans in chili and minds start hurting. Place filler rice in anything it is elegant and a culinary masterpiece. Put turmeric or saffron in your rice you get your own show on Cable TV. Gheesh

I stand with beans

Now wait.. your telling me.. chili isn't suppose to have beans in it? well then.... WHAT THE HECK HAVE I BEEN MAKING? My chilis has beans, meat, green peppers, onions, and seasonings.. I thought that was chili? LOL

Not going to start a new thread but a continuing saga of Moms Chicken Soup. Had a quart deli container in the freezer. Added 1/2 cup water and hit 12 minutes on instant pot. Rapid release. While IP was doing it’s thing sliced and crisped Beef Sausage-regular And Jalapeño. Adjusted seasoning using Naturiffic Truffle Salt And topped with sausage. Dishes are washed no more food until tomorrow. Chicken Soup for the soul is true. True

If Adams wonders while he wanders is it musing or MSUing?

Deep thoughts.
