Were having some friends over this afternoon, and I'm not going to have time to cook spares or loin back ribs. I've never had much luck with country style, and wonder if any of you have some words of wisdom for me. Thanks Brian

I usually rub them with salt pepper and garlic powder. Cookem over high heat on the grill, turn them after just a few min and baste with [FONT=verdana, arial, helvetica]Stubb's Moppin' Sauce keep flipping and basting until they reach 145 or so cook and off the sauce and let em rest for a few minutes .

DANG FINE EATIN!

Thanks for the replies. Since smoking country style was not going to be any faster than other ribs, I cooked a pork loin on one of the kettles with the rotisserie on it. It was marinated in Italian Dressing, rubbed with magic dust, and sauced with KC Masterpiece. The company liked it, and it was done on time. Thanks again. Brian
