Got some of SirPorkaLot's harvest brine on a pork butt right now, gonna cook it to slicing temps. Might do some lamb with that new lamb rub, so it's looking like it's all about Naturiffic this weekend. And wings!

Happy Phriday and weekend to Phu and crew and all y'all Pharkers!

Happy Phriday, Pholks! Sunday is my youngest son's 16th birthday, so I will probably take him out to eat instead of waking him up in the middle of the night to help me prep and start cooking.

Hm, I think chicken conquistador for dinner (chicken breasts, split, hammered flat, hatch chiles inside and rolled up with bacon) then the brisket goes on overnight for lunch tomorrow.

I've been craving a cheeseburger so I bought some 1/3 lb patties with the bacon and cheese already blended in. My burger will be two patties with a fried egg and extra slice of cheese in between. I want it dripping cheese and egg yolk.
