Hello all, joined here because I am starting my bbq journey. I am not necessarily new to it but I am wanting to get my first off set and have some questions first.
Currently I have a PK grill and a GMG Daniel Boone. The pk is obviously not great for bbq but I have managed to get what I thought were some good butts, ribs, and chicken it of it. I got the GMG because it was $100 so why not. However my buddy let me borrow his offset and it made a huge difference. So here I am trying to get my own and doing some research before I pull the trigger.
As for me, I am a knife maker, and I enjoy paintball, terrible movies, cooking and whiskey. I am a huge metal head for music but I like most stuff.
