First Brisket on my Pellet
Sawtooth 610HD
BBQ Delight Hickory 190 for 3 hours 225 for 8 or so. Rained the whole night, with some wind. Holds temp like crazy! That 11pm to 730 am stretch is no different than my stoker on my big green egg or stumps. so happy!
