Default Saturday Morning Pork Steak Pron

Defrosted a pack of pork steaks this morning. Found some Big Bob Gibson's rub in the pantry and gave them a nice dusting. They've been on about 10 mins right now....I can't wait for lunch!

Loving my Weber Kettle!!

Food looks great. Kettles ROCK, we cooked pizza's again last night on ours. I can't believe it took me so long to start using one.

MMMMMmmmm that was good eating!
Cooked them pretty slow...took about 1.5hrs. Didn't dry out at all. Sauced for a few mins at the end.

Sadly I was out of milk, so didn't get to make any cornbread. I'll have to remedy that tonight!

They are good eating. Much like a country style rib, it's hard to screw them up. They are good cooked with rice in the oven too.
