She says hi to y'all and thanks for the kind words!
Clockwise:Chinese noodles with saté sauce,mixed lettuce with carrots and dressing,chunks of baked pork in gravy/sauce.
Last pic is a piece of Laos ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alpinia_galanga ) which she gave to me.
Never tried it before but I will!
Man I'm stuffed,gonna roll me some desert.

That looks good, too! Dang, you get your smoker fired up, and she does the sides, it'll be a hit!

Hmmm... roll up some desert? The Netherlands? Left-hand cigarettes are LEGAL where you live, correct? Hmmm... Pass it down the line, then.

You mash/grind it,mix with other spices and herbs,marinade/bake it with meat or noodles.
You can also put a chunk in your brew/stew and let it cook with,before you serve you pull it out.
It has a mild ginger,citrus,pine taste.
