I agree with this as well. I am not the 'pitmaster' of our team. I am the 'quiet' sidekick. :) However, we split cost and winnings 50/50 and we also split responsibility. I cook pork/chicken. He cooks ribs/brisket. At one time I thought we should submit a video. Now, I'm like WTF would I do that for?
