I hope to put a horse in this race as well, a couple possibilities come to mind.

Horse would be delicious, as would some stir fried Chicken of the Tree... :brick:

Bill, I like the plated shot better because it shows the meat, and that lettuce wrap waiting to be filled. :thumb: Either way, you really nailed the theme of this Throwdown with the first entry!

So....who's next? :pop2:
 
I don't know how I missed the post for the lettuce wraps, but those look awesome.

Please be gentle, this is my first time doing this :redface: :becky:

These are Korean style marinated pork steaks cooked on the Traeger with roasted asparagus with olive oil and Hoisin, jasmine rice, and a roasted sesame cabbage slaw with toasted almonds and rice noodles. I boiled the marinade to thicken and used as a finishing glaze on the steaks. These were dinner last night.
