I have to do some homework on this topic, myself. I need to buy one for a concession trailer and I don't even know where to begin.

Lots of good info on here. No matter what you go with I would recommend something that can be hooked in parallel to another unit just in case you have a bigger demand for power down the road.

I have a Honda EU 3000is. If I would do it all over again, I would pick up the Honda eu7000. Cry once, buy once. Kinda like smokers, have you ever bough one that is just a little too small, I know I have and it cost more in the long run. Just my opinion.

Just bought the Predator 3500 from harbor freight. would love a Honda, but just not in the budget. Break in started yesterday ran the Trailer lights, fridge, and AC on low without going over 60% capacity.
