Default Pepper Rosemary Pecan Smoked Chicken (Pron)

So I got one of these wonderful free range young chickens , so I decided to use my NEW special homemade pepper rub, combined with Moose Chicken Rub #2 and with fresh rosemary stuffed under the skin. Smoked the bird with pecan. Here's before and after...
