Padawan and Phubar's Jammin' Jambalaya Pron
-starter was tuna,shrimps,salad and homemade remoullade sauce.
-main course jambalaya with smothered cabbage -dessert mascarpone cheesecake with banana and butterscotch sauce...and coPhee with Remy Martin Padawan made the starter...too bad the tuna was overcooked due to "lack of communication" within the group,it was still tasty though. Remoullade sauce was killer! I made the main course...I used every part of the chicken. Made some bouillon that I used for the jambalaya and cabbage. Cabbage was smothered in chicken bouillon,chicken Phat,chicken bacon,tasso,trinity,garlic,Tony Chachere's. According to Dennessey and Padawan it tasted Phabulous...my taste buds are dead. Dennessey made dessert...it was off the hook again.
