Made a cone for the Smokey Joe & was craving some wings.
Wifey sez: "Gimme a break from the Jerk!".
Brined the wings & divided into halves. Half of them rubbed with Walkerswood & the other half rubbed with Weber's Kickin' Chicken for 2 hours.
Fired up the cone with a mini chimney. 1 chunk of pecan for smoke.

50/50 across the middle.

Flip at 10 minutes.

Flip again 10 minutes later & sauce with Sweet Baby Ray's on the jerk wings.

Off about 10 minutes later.

Those look great. Looks like your cone is working perfectly too.

That is masterful use of a Smokey Joe. Nothing better than pecan wood and chicken

I need wings now, and I also need to make jerk sauce. I think I have dinner ideas for Saturday.

Great set up and those look delicious.

Is that the silver Smokey Joe, gold Smokey Joe, or the Jumbo Joe. Would you mind sharing how you did the cone? Thanks

Nice looking wings, brother.

I've never really used another sauce when I marinate in Walkerswood... just a spritz of lime on the plate. Combo must be tasty or you wouldn't've posted it...

Nice wings! Great color on em. Looks delicious!

Nice cone set up, I am going to use your idea for mine. Thanks for posting.

The wings look fantastic!!!

SUPERB!

Love the cone, love the Kickin' Chickin' seasoning and results looked delicious. Thanks for sharing!
