A style of hair cut when we were little kids.

Oops, shoulda read through all the replies.

Food looks great in this post. A major use of mine is BACON! No smell indoors, no grease splatter, hardly any cleanup.

Grub looks fantastic Robb! Kids got me a 28" Blackstone last year for Christmas. We love it! Fajitas, smash burgers, stir fry, breakfasts, the list goes on. They definitely are a necessity...

Not ready to go all in on a griddle yet. Asking for this from the children for Christmas. Meat Cranium reviewed one on his channel.

We d love to have one. But, I don’t have the room in my garage for one so it would have to stay outside. Problem there is I live in the rainy PNW and I would worry it would rust out quickly. Now, if there were reliable covers that would keep the moisture out, that would be great! But I don’t see that happening. Am I wrong?

My griddles have sat out in many rain storms. Keep em’ oiled and covered with a stainless hard cover and you should be good to go...

That food looks great. I don't have a dedicated griddle but do have the M Grills griddle for my M1 and the Hasty Bake griddle for my Legacy. I mostly use them for making fajitas.

With the rear grease system I don’t think I’ve ever had grease problems from the flat top itself, but I still have grease stains all over my concrete from dropped greasy food, cleanup etc.

I have a lot of respect for people who can cook on the smaller flat tops. Cooking everything at once spread out over 36” is my favorite part. If I had to do small batches or something I think I would use mine a lot less. I’m generally lazy though.

You were just making her wait. That way she would appreciate it. Well played.
