My Stumps Classic finally arrived last weekend. I immediately fired it up for seasoning. Let it run most of last Saturday and tinkered with the temps some. I didn’t have the adapter needed for my guru, so it was all manual. Got up Sunday and threw three slabs of ribs on for the maiden voyage. Used royal oak briquettes with cherry/pecan for wood. Turned out really well for my first cook. I was pleased.
Round two this morning. Fired it up this morning for round 2 of spares. This time I used royal oak lump and cherry/hickory for the smoke. Turning out amazing!!
