Hi, I'm Scott from Boston, recently retired. I got a KJ Classic II and a Joetisserie attachment a couple of years ago. Have mostly been grilling the same things I used to grill on my Weber kettle, and have smoked a couple of pork butts for pulled pork, but now that I have time (and am home waiting out the coronavirus anyway), I'm eager to learn all the other things a kamado can do that I've never tried with a Weber.
