To start thingss off Nellie made some jerk marinade yesterday
The ingredients

Got them all seasoned up and headed for the fridge

In the meantime mixed up some simple meatballs

Put some .99 cent sausage on this morning

Sausage is done

Meatballs are done, Voodoo Ranger for the glaze

And finally the chicken is done and ready to come off
