I'm in. Red Snapper fillets lightly coated with evoo and dusted with ancho chile powder and K salt. Grilled for a few minutes per side.
Please use this pic for my Red Snapper Taco with cabbage/cilantro slaw, lime wedges, chilpote tartar sauce on a gently heated flour tortilla as my official entry:
