Default New Turkey Injection & Pastrami Pork (Saturday)

Some folks coming over today so got a corned butt out of the freezer along with one of the turkeys I bought around Thanksgiving.

Did a random injection for this turkey and injected 2 days ago then did a dry brine. It cam out really think so will probably leave some amazing staining on the meat. Also the color is just simply amazing as it looks like something a baby might expel from their body so I'm pretty excited about this

Looks so good here...........

Been resting the the fridge to dry out the skin
