Hey All,
As others have said before, found my way here researching drum smokers. I considered building one but ended up picking up a Hunsaker. Got a couple cooks on it so far and boy asm I happy with it...

Cook two was a Ham for Easter. Smoked a pre-cooked spiral cut I picked up from the grocery store. Added a rub, my "manhattan" glaze and smoked it for about 4 hours with cherry, to bring it to temp. Turned out great.

Heres a few pics..

Look forward to getting more ideas and info from here. And seeing what others are creating.

Eric

Welcome aboard, your ham looks great. If you ever see a "Carver Ham" give one of those a try. They are from the rear leg and weigh around 4 pounds, they are a ready-to-eat ham, that been smoked... but they really benefit from a second smoke.
