Default Tacos alpastor

Today we made some alpastor tacos. Maribel was craving some so I do what I do to make her happy. This is store bought stuff but we add chopped onion and pineapple. We did this cook on the Weber genesis with the little griddle.

First a little drink

Thanks for stopping by
Tony and Maribel

Yeeeeaaaahhhh! That is some great looking grub! You seem to always do something that makes me hungry, and it's too late to cook

Stop by your local mexican meat market and ask for it. Or ask a Mexican friend where he gets his.

Fantastic as always, T!

I've been grilling those Mexican onions since y'all fed 'em to us, but mine never turn out as good as yours.

In fact, neither does my carne asada, rice, frijoles refritos, frijoles charros...

Looking good, as usual. Tony, what type of onions are they? We have a Mexican store and 10 minutes up the road, so I'll be on the lookout.
