Thanks for asking - This is one of our bi-weekly Throwdowns, so only one entry is used for judging. The Monthly SPECIAL Throwdowns accept multiple entries.


Keep in mind "spicy" can also mean a seasoning, rub, or sauce that has multiple spices that may or may not be hot. Indian and Thai food immediately come to mind - curries from both of these regions have a fairly complex blend of spices, where heat can be adjusted to one's liking.
