There's no reason you can't do that, as long as your entry is cooked during the timeframe when the throwdown runs. Sometimes our members submit the same exact entry for two or even three different throwdowns that are running at the same time. As long as the entry fits the category, it's all good!

Bat Wings - They were marinated in Louisiana Hot Sauce with black food coloring added, injected with Habanero Bloody Mary Mix with more hot sauce added, and then dusted with Oakridge BBQ's HDD. Cook Thread HERE.

I cooked a Spicy Boudin with a Cajun Remoulade!!! I was actually shocked with how spicy it turned out. My wife wussed put on me and ended up just eating some ribs!!! I’m not sure if I should be upset with her or not haha
