Not sure when I'll do them, they're in the deep freeze presently.
The local Hy-Vee (grocery chain) was having a sale, managed to get several full slabs of pork spare ribs for between $5/$6 per slab... Here's three for a nice example, they made the mistake of not putting a limit on the purchase number, so there's 10 slabs in my freezer. |

$1.19lb great deal. When I get full spares I trim them to ST. Louis cuts and cook the ends for snacks and my wife She loves the trimmed pieces without bones or just a little piece. They also seem to cook more even since you are trimming of the really thin parts and leaving the spares that are about similar thickness.
