Made a quick brisket chili. SRF Wagyu dogs split and seared on The Blackstone. Added Swiss and Green Chile. Covered with garden tomatoes chili purple onion and YM.

Wow... Wagyu hot dogs. There are no limits I guess...The price may be outrageous (my guess) but its hard to argue with the results.
