CATEGORY DESCRIPTION - READ BEFORE ENTERING



1. This is an open category, meaning you can cook anything you like that conforms to the category. Pizza, pastas with smoked or grilled meats, slow grilled or smoked pan pastas, Calzones, homemade Italian sausage or cured meats, the possibilities are vast!


2. Standard Throwdown rules apply.



3. MULTIPLE ENTRIES ARE ALLOWED and encouraged for this TD!



You may submit entries that are cooked from Friday 1/1 through the entry submission deadline of 12 p.m. Central US Time on Monday 2/1/21.



Entry pictures must be submitted by 12 p.m. Central US Time on Monday 2/1.

Technically, you are correct, however, for some odd reason we don't get a January 32nd this year.

For this reason, I corrected it to make the deadline Monday, 2/1.
