Our new January Special Throwdown Category is...
"Mama Mia! Now That's What I Call Italian!" ssv3's first Porchetta cook, posted in Qtalk HERE. CATEGORY DESCRIPTION - READ BEFORE ENTERING 1. This is an open category, meaning you can cook anything you like that conforms to the category. Pizza, pastas with smoked or grilled meats, slow grilled or smoked pan pastas, Calzones, homemade Italian sausage or cured meats, the possibilities are vast! 2. Standard Throwdown rules apply. 3. MULTIPLE ENTRIES ARE ALLOWED and encouraged for this TD! You may submit entries that are cooked from Friday 1/1 through the entry submission deadline of 12 p.m. Central US Time on Monday 2/1/21.
