Mardi Gras parade tonite so something quick to bring.....chicken salad!

Smoked some skinless breasts at 250 with Dornac’s seasoning and Worcestershire for flavor. Will roughly chop, add mayo picked, s and pepper and dill pickles.

A little over-processed for my chicken salad tastes.

It was good! Rough chopped chicken, Blue Plate and dill pickles are all you need. Plus some smoke!
 
I'm a fan of chicken salad! Yers looks good!
Have ya ever chopped up the stuffed jalapenos...(I don't recollect what they are called here on the forum)...poppers or some chit.
Anyways...it's good.
A little deviled eggs goes well.
