Default UDG Friday night cook

Couple of tuna steaks tonight on the UDG with cherry pellets for the smoke. Second try and I timed each side at 3 minutes and took them off no extra time like I did the first time. Better tasting then the first try was. Tuna was more moist and I put more rub then last try. One had Tequilla Lime and the other Jamacian Jerk Firewalk. Nice pink center and juicy.
