Default Lamb Steaks

Being Welsh - I love a good lamb steak

So I just prepped 4 nice ones for tomorrow’s bbq and they are now in the fridge soaking up the following homemade marinade

Oregano, basil, salt, pepper, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika and extra virgin olive oil.

They will be cooked on the grill along with homemade apple slaw and roasted cucumber

Roasted cucumber is a new one to me. How do you serve it?

Skin the cucumber.....slice in half, salt it and leave for an hour to draw out the water and firm up the cucumber, then dry them with a paper towel, place on grill and char them up, slice into salad or eat on their own

Yum yum

If I'm seeing the bone right, they're shoulder chops.

No curved bone on the left of them? I'm not doubting you at all, they look like shoulder chops and that's where the bone would normally be.

Looks really good!
Is that a silicone grill mat?
If so, do you use it often?
