Burnt Bean Company in Seguin, TX
I have been hearing about Burnt Bean since opening in January. For those that don't know this BBQ Joint was opened by Ernest Servantes of Chopped and BBQ Pitmasters fame along with his business partner David Kirkland. Everyone I talk to thinks this could be the new Texas Monthly #1 bbq joint. I wanted to make it down before the crowds do so I went this past weekend. I could totally see it being #1. Check out my video review below. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dGR8U9LGGF4

Another excellent video, Mike.
My son's GF is a nurse and she's doing a travel contract in Seguin. I had told her to check Burnt Bean out and will now send her the link to this video.

It was worth the drive from our neck of the woods for sure. I hear SUnday breakfast is even better! I can't wait to try that out.
