Default Chicken Half on the M1

We eat this once a week, usually on the Chimp but had a little more time today so grilled it on the M1





My plan was eventually move it closer to the coals to crisp up the skin but no need with the direct flame. Turned out pretty good with the grilled flavor will do it again now that weather is getting nicer here.

Honestly I have no idea how to control the airflow on the M1 for grilling since not only is there a vent on the side but also the firebox. So, I just ended up using it like a fire pit
