If someone wants to front the money, my BIL sent me the below information:

If you get us artwork and an order TODAY—We can get these delivered to you before end of day Friday (Three days)

We can only do up to 2 color imprint and do this in your timeline


WHITE T shirt
Port & Company PC61
6.2 oz, 100% cotton T Shirt
One or two color imprint
S-XL: $4.00 each
XXL: $5.75
Two screen set up charges of $10 each (total of $20)
One Rush Fee of $25

So the logo is more than 2 color. We would have to do a 2 color or black and white version.

I would say we should maybe consider ordering after the bash when we have more time to plan, get permission from Phil, etc.

Also, as a bbq eater I may require a size larger than XXL.

But those prices are fantastic and about 1/4 of what that online service quoted.

If we did it for Saturday we would forgo the logo and I would have a graphic artist that I work with create a design with the following:

At the last North Texas Bash I attended, They had peel and stick labels for names. Anyone have any laying around? Sure was an ice breaker kind of like seeing the person you knew 20 years ago at the high school reunion.
