smoked boston butt

Sorry it took me so long to follow up on it. My computer had a virus and i wasn't able to log on. The butt turned out fantasic!! thanks everybody for the input. My friends that were over couldn't get enough and they were telling me that mine tasted way better than anyone else'e they had ever tasted. Apparently it was even better than one of my friends brothers'. The best part about it was the weather was perfect, it only took 8 hours in the smoker. Thanks again guys!

Glad to hear the Brother's tutelage gave you the raves we all look for! It's almost better than the fun of cooking it!

Are you saying the brethren, as a whole, are familiar with butts?
