Default Pulled pork enchiladas!

Hey guys.. So i had left over pulled pork last night.. Attempted chicken enchilada's a few weeks ago and really enjoyed it... So Figured this would be a good attempt at correcting some things.

I like the red sauce but green chile sauce and sour cream works well with pulled pork.
