Default Steak tacos

Friday night is steak night but I couldn't find a traditional cut I liked so I went with hanger steak. That morphed into tacos, a family favorite

The barrel house has a hibachi mode and it works well to grill thin cuts and dogs, easy on fuel too

Chopped up and ready to go. Fixins were cilantro, raw radish, shredded cheese, sour cream and salsa verde

Thanks for looking
