Having my thread moved to the Competition BBQ section is a high honor indeed! I must say I do not feel worthy of being placed amongst my fellow Brethren who compete in true competitions against real pros. Mine was a simple neighborhood BBQ contest and there were only 3 other competitors besides myself.

I must say though, that perhaps this is the spark I need to start participating in some of the comps in my area. I know I have lots to learn, but if you don't take a chance you'll never know how you may do.

Both. And then I spritzed every 15 minutes on the hour!

This should now be moved to the Penalty Forum.

Im thinking Tender Quick was involved with this "win".
