Pulled Pork

Smoked two pork shoulders.
About 11 hrs & IT 200*
Probably the best bark I’ve managed so far.
Picture 1 shows about 1/3 of the first one and all of the second one. My college son and his friends attacked before I even got the second one pulled.
Picture 2 is after pulling the second one.
