Ale-Braised Mushrooms:

Bacon-Sauteed Onions:

BossLady's about to fire up the homemade "afraid-so" (Alfredo) sauce, and we'll get this show on the road.

More to come.

Fired up the UUNI - Needed to give it a good firing to clear everything out from last time (and it's been a while).

Alfredo sauce nearly done.

I love those cooking shows that crack an egg onto their pizza.

Those look grand.

Oh, HELL YES.

HUGE hit of cheesy, a little smokey meaty, mushroom, garlic, onion all over a good crust... - Decided to skip the American Cheese this time, and just melt shredded Provolone over the top in the trip to the oven.

This is divine. (I blame the BossLady... as I can't toot my own horn).

As an added treat -

BossLady asked to make a dessert pie of granny smith apple, Danish Blue Cheese, and a drizzle of local honey.

Somehow, this tastes like the apple was dredged in cinnamon and sugar....
