Hello all from sunny Fairbanks Ak, Not really sure what to say, My name is Matt and I can say nothing makes me happier then cooking and enjoying good old fashioned BBQ with friends. Right now I am using a OK Joe reverse flow, 2 Wsm, and afcousre the Weber kettle. I am better at cooking then I am on the computer, but hopefully I can figure out how to post a few pics soon. Can’t wait to learn anything I can for all the cooks and pit masters I see here.
